A one-on-one evaluation of your symptoms with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. This consists of an interview of questions regarding your symptoms, a physical exam, development of a plan of care specific to your goals, and initial treatment.
Virtual sessions are available for physical therapy evaluations, physical therapy follow-up visits, and performance/strength training sessions. These sessions are a one-on-one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy performed using video and audio from the comfort of your home.
A one-on-one follow up visit with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. This consists of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and activities, and neuromuscular re-education specific to your needs. Follow-up visits focus on the treatment necessary to reach your goals.
Monthly development of a strength and conditioning program specific for you. This includes two 30-minute virtual consultations during the month. The first consultation will focus on fitness testing and establishing your goals. The second will be used to measure your progress and allow for adjustments to the programming if needed. New goals can be added each month as progress is made and goals are achieved.
